Subprocessors and service categories

Noon uses infrastructure for application hosting, database storage, networking, observability, and transactional email. These providers may process the minimum information required to operate and secure the service.

When enabled by a customer request, Noon may send relevant inputs to configured model, image, transcription, search, or browser-reading providers. Provider selection and availability can vary by feature and deployment.

Connected APIs, repositories, MCP servers, and OAuth providers are selected by the customer. Noon sends only the request data and encrypted credential-derived authorization required for the exact approved operation.

For the named provider list, processing locations, change notices, or a commercial subprocessor commitment, contact the contact channel published in your Noon account or commercial agreement. Do not rely on this category notice as a complete substitute for an executed agreement.
