Privacy notice

Effective 27 July 2026. This notice describes how Noon processes Noon customer data to operate the service.

Data Noon processes

Noon processes account and authentication details, workspace content, chats, files, generated assets, usage and security events, and the metadata required to operate authorized integrations. Integration credentials are stored encrypted and are not shown to the model.

Why Noon uses data

We use this data to provide the workspace and API, authenticate users, secure accounts, enforce limits, support approved integrations, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

When you request a model, search, image, email, payment, or connected-service operation, Noon may send the information necessary to that provider to fulfill the request. See the subprocessor and service-category notice for the operational categories currently used.

Retention and deletion

Customers can export account data and request account deletion from the workspace. Chat retention follows the account preference (365 days by default). Trashed chats, attachments, and generated assets are scheduled for permanent purge after 30 days; retention and deletion can remain subject to legal, security, or backup obligations.

Security and your choices

Customers can manage profile data, email verification, passwords, active sessions, connected services, workspace controls, and account export. Technical safeguards are described on the Trust & Security page.
